Place is also given to short circuits, supported by the creation of a "country ticket" for local and regional farmers, like the "restaurant ticket".

To strengthen the attractiveness of the countryside, the iconoclast promises to abolish property tax and taxes on companies whose headquarters are located in municipalities of less than 15,000 inhabitants.

The deputy for Pyrénées-Atlantiques also wants better access to healthcare in landlocked territories, with the presence of a hospital less than 40 minutes' drive from any point in France.

A bit nostalgic, he also plans to "resurrect the spirit of the Fifth Republic" by reinstating the citizens' initiative referendum (RIC), creating a military or civilian universal national service, reconsidering the reform of the baccalaureate and restoring the wealth tax (ISF).

In favor of maintaining nuclear power plants, Jean Lassalle also intends to rely on maritime or photovoltaic energy, rather than wind power, with the creation of solar power plants, in particular.
