The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, which is responsible for detecting corruption among party leaders in the Chinese Communist Party, has announced that it will deprive the party of its membership for serious disciplinary violations by the former Justice Minister.

Xi Jinping's leadership has been raiding executives in the police and judicial departments one after another, and is believed to be tightening up within the party for the second half of the Communist Party Congress.

On March 31, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Chinese Communist Party announced to former Justice Minister Fu Zhenghua that he had decided to strip his party registration and public office for serious disciplinary violations and illegal acts.

Although specific details such as disciplinary violations have not been disclosed, the announcement strongly accused the former Justice Minister of the Justice of the party, "deceiving the central party on important issues and threatening the unity of the party," and on the job. He points out that he used his authority and received a huge bribe.

In China, the former Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Public Safety, Sun Lijun, was similarly punished for depriving the party in September last year, and the police and judicial department executives have been caught.

The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection has emphasized that former Justice Minister Xi Jinping and former Deputy Minister Son were "collusion in a political group," and Xi Jinping's leadership will oppose the latter half of the Communist Party Congress. It seems that they are tightening up within the party in an attempt to eliminate the forces.
