The Civil Guard has arrested a 15-year-old minor in Las Rozas accused of ending the life of a 41-year-old woman who was his grandfather's partner.
The lady was found dead yesterday Wednesday afternoon in the bathtub of her house located at number 12 of the Avenida de la Constitución in Las Rozas (Madrid), according to sources from the Madrid Command and Emergencies 112. The body has signs of suffocation.
Today, Thursday, an autopsy is scheduled to be performed.
In the house, the deceased woman had lived for three months with a
64-year-old man
and his
grandchildren
, aged 15 and 13, respectively.
He was the youngest of the grandchildren who found his grandfather's partner, in the bathtub and with signs of drowning caused by the cable of an iron.
The minor immediately notified his grandfather and they alerted the emergency services.
It was 2:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
After the notice, Summa-112 health personnel appeared at the place, which could only confirm the death of the woman.
As sources from Emergencies 112 have indicated to Efe, the body was in a state that suggests that
the alleged violent death occurred several hours before its discovery.
The alleged perpetrator of the events, the other 15-year-old grandson,
left the home with a bag and was later located nearby
and preventively detained by Civil Guard agents, who have taken charge of the investigations of this violent death. .
