Contrary to the announcement that Russia will reduce military activities in Ukraine's capital, Kiiu, etc., it is continuing large-scale airstrikes.

The evacuation of civilians from Mariupol, proposed by the Russian side, is also not going smoothly.

The Russian airstrikes are intensively continuing on four places, including the Ukrainian capital Kiiu and northern Chernivu, CNN reported, citing a senior US defense official.

"Russia has launched more than 300 sorties in the last 24 hours," the official said.

Russia announced on the 30th that it would reduce military activity in Ukraine, including the capitals Kiiu and Chernivu.

Although 20 percent of the Russian forces that have surrounded Kiiwu so far have moved elsewhere, it appears to be a 'relocation' for line maintenance, the US said.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian government dispatched 45 evacuation buses to evacuate civilians to the southern port city of Mariupol, where Russia has proposed a ceasefire.

However, the Russian army did not allow the bus to pass through the checkpoint, so it is difficult to escape the refugees.

In Mariupol, most of the houses were destroyed by indiscriminate bombing by Russian troops, and food, water and electricity were cut off.

In addition, 160,000 out of 400,000 citizens are in isolation.

Ukraine and Russia are continuing their peace negotiations through videoconference today, and the issue of neutralization of Ukraine on the premise of guaranteeing security is expected to be intensively discussed.
