Russia's Ministry of Defense has announced that it will reorganize the Russian army deployed in Kiiu, the Ukrainian capital, to complete the "liberation operation" in Donbas, eastern Ukraine.



Defense Ministry spokeswoman Igor Konashenkov said yesterday (30th) local time that the Russian army has completed all major tasks in Kiiu and northern Chernivu, etc.



The spokesperson emphasized that the reorganization of the Russian army is the completion of the operation to completely liberate Donbas.



Accordingly, it is predicted that the military forces deployed in Kiiu and Chernivu will be moved to the eastern Donbas region.



The purpose of the Ukrainian military operation is to protect the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) in the Donbas region, where Russia has declared independence from the Ukrainian government.
