1. Testing requirements

(3) Persons who have not completed vaccination
Those who have not completed the vaccination must complete nucleic acid and serum IgM antibody testing and sampling at an institution designated or recognized by the embassy within 24 hours before boarding, and apply for a green health code or a health status statement from the embassy.
2. Chinese citizens apply for a green health code
After obtaining a negative certificate of "double nucleic acid test" or a negative certificate of "double test", Chinese citizens should immediately fill in their personal information and upload the test results through the WeChat applet of the international version of the epidemic prevention health code as required.
After being reviewed and approved by the Chinese embassy in Syria, the applicant can obtain a green health code.

3. Declaration of Health Status for Foreign Citizens
After obtaining a "double nucleic acid test" negative certificate or a "double test" negative certificate, foreign citizens can use a computer, mobile phone or other terminal device to log in to the health declaration system. After registering an account, fill in the information item by item, upload the test certificate, and submit it to the Chinese Embassy Reviewed by the Syrian embassy.
4. Personnel with past medical history, etc.
(1) Judgment of persons with past medical history: A positive nucleic acid test result, or a positive serum test for those who have not been vaccinated will also be regarded as a person with a past medical history.
(2) Testing requirements for persons with past medical history: For those with a positive test report who are judged to be persons with past medical history, two more nucleic acid tests are required from the date of the report, and the sampling time must be 24 hours or more apart. (4) Those who have close contact with new coronary pneumonia: In the past 14 days, if anyone in the office or residence has been diagnosed with new coronary pneumonia, or has experienced the symptoms listed above, it is recommended to self-isolate and observe carefully. For a longer period of time, "dual testing" or "dual nucleic acid testing" will be performed after observing asymptomatic.
(5) Those who have taken antipyretics recently: have taken antipyretics, cold medicines, etc. within the past 72 hours, and self-isolation is recommended. Then carry out "double detection" or "double nucleic acid detection".
(6) Those with susceptible underlying diseases: People with underlying diseases are at high risk of infection, and it is recommended to travel after the epidemic has eased, or seek medical advice and confirm that they can travel during the epidemic before taking a "dual test" or "Double Nucleic Acid Detection".
5. Special reminder
(1) Those who intend to travel to China by flight should read this notice carefully and abide by it.
If you fail to hold a green health code or a health statement before boarding, it means that you do not meet the flight conditions for the time being and need to make reasonable arrangements or adjust the itinerary.
(2) Please know in advance the implementation of "dual nucleic acid testing" or "dual testing" by Chinese embassies and consulates in transit countries, as well as the list of testing institutions designated or recognized by the embassies and consulates in transit countries.
(3) Please understand the implementation of antigen testing at Chinese embassies and consulates in transit countries in advance. Currently, antigen testing is not available in Syria.
(4) Please choose the route of transit flight to China carefully, and avoid situations such as being unable to enter the country or taking the test at the transit place, or the health code or health status declaration form does not meet the requirements, etc., resulting in the consequences of being blocked or stranded at the transit place, and increasing the risk of epidemic infection.
