It was at the end of October last year that a man from Blekinge was sentenced in the district court to one year in prison for a serious child pornography crime.
The man was also charged with rape, but he was acquitted of that crime in the district court.
However, the Court of Appeal makes a different assessment and sentences the man in his 50s also for rape, which Sydöstran was the first to report.
The man has possessed 5,000 child pornographic images and 120 films with a total playing time of almost three hours.
