On Tuesday, some Södertälje residents collected food, hygiene and medical items for Ukraine outside a grocery store in Södertälje. In a few days, a bus will go down to Ukraine with the necessities, an initiative of PMU, Trosgnistan's emergency aid and Södertälje International Church, and now the residents of Södertälje will make sure that the bus is well stocked.
Daniella Åslund is one of the initiators of Tuesday's collection, she says that they will continue the collection in Weda if it goes well on Tuesday.
The people of Södertälje behind the initiative have also collected more than SEK 20,000 for which they will buy necessities.
