The leader of the Indian Socialist Party, Brenda Karat, accompanied by Indian politician KM Tiwari, filed a case against Thakur and Verma, on charges of promoting hatred and hostility against Muslims and protesters.

The decision of the Delhi High Court came last Friday, where the judge of the court said, "Was it an election speech or a speech at an ordinary time? If any speech is given during election time, it is different. If the speech is given at a normal time, it means that you are instigating Something".

"If you say something with a smile, it is not a crime, and if you say something offensive with anger, you are a sinner, we have to check the context," the judge added.

Activists on social media criticized and ridiculed the decision, considering it biased towards the Hindu party.

Indian politician Panthan Khan attached to his Twitter account a caricature depicting a criminal in the courtroom, with a bloodied knife in his hand, saying, "I killed him smiling," referring to the Delhi court's decision.

HATE SPEECH!

If said with smile no criminality: DELHI HIGH COURT

Constitution is made into a joke by BJPEEEEEEE in a Democratic country like India.

Many activists and journalists wrote sarcastic tweets, in which they considered that receiving hate speech has become acceptable in India, provided that the owner only smiles.

Indian court says, hate speech not a crime if said with a smile.

No Religion in Mankind has ever preached to give Hate speeches.

If you give a Hate speech, you don't belong to any religion, even if you give it with a smile

In India,

Humanity has taken a beating in the name of Religion, for last 8 years!

SPREAD LOVE, NOT HATRED !

This is the condition of the Judiciary in India..

Recently, it delivered a verdict stating that if hate speech is delivered with a smile, it is not a criminal offence.

boycott halal products

On another issue, the Hindu right has renewed calls for a boycott of halal products and goods in India;

As well as not dealing with Muslim stores, in a campaign on social media platforms, which featured the hashtag (#HinduJanaJagruti), meaning "Hindu Awakening".

The Hindu Awakening is a right-wing movement with a history of calling for the unification of India under the Hindu banner.

Yesterday, the movement's spokesperson Mohan Gowda posted a video on Twitter saying, "We urge all Hindus to boycott halal meat and products, and use jatka meat produced in the Hindu slaughtering method. Let us participate in the economic boycott of such activities against our country."

Jodha justified his campaign by saying that "whenever a Muslim man kills any animal, faces it towards Mecca, and performs an Islamic prayer or obligation in killing it, therefore the meat of these animals cannot be offered to the Hindu gods."

A number of activists interacted with this campaign positively, as one of them considered that "Halal products are a dictatorship exercised by an intolerant minority over a silent majority."

On the other hand, activists strongly opposed the campaign, including activist Sam Khan, who said, "Hindu meat exporters supply meat to the Middle East, Hindus from Karnataka run restaurants all over the UAE, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia."

It is surprising;

how this entire community has reduced its whole existence to a level where they get peace after 0pressing muslims by every possible mean.

Still the wokes and liberals can't call them out without doing a false equivalence with Muslims..!

Hypocrites..!
