Russia has started destroying Ukrainian fuel and food depots, which means the government will have to quickly disperse stocks of these two products, said Vadym Denysenko, an adviser to the Ukrainian Interior Ministry.

Speaking on local television, Vadym Denysenko also said Russia was bringing forces to the Ukrainian border on a rotating basis, raising fears of further military incursions.
