PSG travel to Nancy on behalf of the 21st day of the French championship and will aim for a 21st success to get a little closer to an eighth consecutive title of champion of France.

"This meeting will mark Elohim Prandi's return to the pitch. The left-back is back on the court after a long recovery," explained PSG.

He is one of the sixteen players lined up on the match sheet by the Spanish coach of Paris SG, Raul Gonzalez.

His last match dated back to December 18, 2021 and a League Cup semi-final lost 29-28 against Chambéry in Metz.

On the night of New Year's Eve, Elohim Prandi was injured by several stab wounds in a street in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.

An investigation had been entrusted to the 1st DPJ (judicial police district).

The player had been hospitalized for about ten days before returning home and had started his individualized recovery program with the PSG staff.

"I am not a victim; I am a survivor with a conquering mind. This is what, in my opinion, being a top athlete: knowing how to show humility, perseverance and always believe in yourself", had -he wrote on his Instagram account on January 21.

Prandi's return to the Paris squad comes as the team's rear base will be deprived until the end of the season of Dane Mikkel Hansen, victim of phlebitis coupled with a pulmonary embolism following a right knee surgery.

The Parisians occupy the head of the Starligue with a large lead over the competition.

They will face Elverum (Norway) on Wednesday (6:45 p.m.) for the first leg of the Champions League.
