Prime Minister Kishida visited the Peace Park in Hiroshima City with Ambassador Emmanuel of the United States on the afternoon of the 26th.

First, Prime Minister Kishida and Ambassador Emmanuel visited the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum to see the paper cranes donated by then-President Obama in 2016.

Then, the heads of state and leaders of each country who visited the museum recorded their messages in the Yoshinori.

After that, they all offered flowers to the Atomic Bomb Memorial and prayed to the victims of the Atomic Bomb.

Prime Minister Kishida wants to emphasize his stance toward a world free of nuclear weapons by offering flowers to the atomic bomb memorial monument in Hiroshima, the bombed area, with Ambassador Emmanuel.
