After the publication of their names by a decree of the head of the junta, the people to sit on the national committee of the assizes met this Saturday morning March 26 for a first contact with the prime minister.

They are 31 in number, almost all of them were smiling broadly as they left the courtroom and among them big names well known in Guinea.

We can mention first of all the first Imam of the great Faisal Mosque of Conakry, Elhadj Mamadou Saliou Camara and the Archbishop of Conakry, Monsignor Vincent Coulibaly.

Under the former regime, these two religious leaders had co-chaired a provisional national reconciliation commission, the work of which had been launched in March 2015. He is part of the Guinean diaspora in France and was the spokesperson for the collective for the transition in Guinea.
