Everything you need to know to use your Bluetooth headset properly
A Bluetooth headset is often very easy to use.
Getting rid of the wire between a headset and a smartphone is a real liberation, but how do you connect it and make sure you don't spend several minutes setting it up?
We haven't decided to say goodbye to tangled wires to end up with other problems that prevent you from enjoying your music.
Don't worry: it's very simple.
In most cases, you will need to go to the Bluetooth preferences of your device or computer on one side, and on the other, start the pairing procedure, often by performing a long press on a button.
You should see your headphones appear.
And that is the most complicated case!
Because many wireless headsets make pairing easier,
for example by using the NFC integrated into your telephone: you will then only have to approach it to start the procedure.
In the case of Apple or Beats headphones, they incorporate a W1 chip which is recognized by the iPhone, iPad or Mac and you generally only need to turn on your headphones to see a small window appear in iOS which allows you to 'associate.
Once the headset is paired with your device, you do not have to repeat this procedure.
The settings are stored, and all you have to do is turn on your headset for it to be recognized by the device to which it is paired.
How to connect a Bluetooth headset to your TV?
To follow programs, a TV series or a movie without disturbing anyone, especially at the end of the evening, it is possible to connect your Bluetooth headphones to your TV, if it is recent enough, or to a box.
If your television or box uses the Android TV system, you have to go to its profile picture, then to Settings.
