The military spokesman for the Houthi group announced today, Friday, the implementation of what he called the "third operation to break the siege in the Saudi depth", with batches of ballistic and winged missiles and the unmanned air force, while the Arab coalition in Yemen, led by Saudi Arabia, confirmed that the Kingdom was subjected to 16 hostile attacks.

Saree explained in a statement that the operation targeted Aramco's facilities in Jeddah and vital facilities in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, with a batch of winged missiles.

He pointed out that the military operation also hit the Ras Tanura refinery and the Rabigh oil refinery with large numbers of drones, as well as Aramco in the Jizan and Najran regions with large numbers of drones.

The operation also targeted - according to the statement - vital and important targets in the regions of Jizan, Dhahran al-Janoub, Abha and Khamis Mushait with large numbers of ballistic missiles.

On the other hand, the coalition warned the Houthis against "persevering in their grave violations, and not to test the coalition's patience," and said in a statement that "after being subjected to 16 hostile attacks, we exercise restraint for the sake of our Yemeni brothers to make the consultations successful."

A statement by the coalition stated that a hostile projectile had fallen on an electricity distribution station in the Samtah governorate, southern Saudi Arabia, and explained that the accident resulted in a limited fire at the electricity distribution station without causing casualties.

The coalition said that it was able to destroy two booby-trapped marches launched towards Najran, adding that the fragmentation of the interception in some residential neighborhoods led to minor material damage but no casualties.

Earlier on Friday, the coalition announced the destruction of 9 booby-trapped drones launched by the Houthi group towards Saudi Arabia, which were on their way to target "civilian objects and energy facilities."

The coalition stated that the Saudi defenses destroyed 9 booby-trapped drones that were launched towards the southern region at dawn today, considering that "the continuation of Houthi hostilities threatens regional and international security."

The coalition said that it supports the Gulf and international position for the success of the Yemeni consultations, while "the Houthis are seeking to thwart them."

He pointed out that all hostile attempts to target the southern, central and eastern regions were thwarted.
