Marking the start of another day of the global event full of economic, cultural, artistic and creative activities, and the unique experiences woven daily by the pavilions of 192 countries, His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Supreme Chairman of the Emirates Group, Chairman of the Supreme Committee of Expo 2020 Dubai, Minister of State for International Cooperation and Director General of Expo 2020 Dubai, Reem Al Hashemi, yesterday morning, for opening the sustainability portal at the international exhibition.
The opening of the gate, which is one of the icons of Expo 2020 Dubai, was attended by the Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, Lieutenant-General Abdullah Khalifa Al-Marri, the Director-General of the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai, Saeed Hilal Al-Marri, and a number of senior government officials in Dubai.
The opening of the gate is accompanied daily by a group specialized in the ancient Emirati folklore, which attends with its songs and the beautiful songs that it plays every morning, with the participation of visitors to the international event coming in the morning period, and the crowds of schoolchildren visiting Expo Dubai.
The international exhibition, which runs until the 31st of this month, invites visitors from all over the world to create a new world together, in a celebration of human creativity, innovation, progress and culture.
