The police were alerted to the scene at 4.30 pm on Friday afternoon after receiving a call that someone had been chased with a shelter on Albogatan in the Gamlegården district.
Once in place, the police arrest a man in his 40s who is now suspected of a serious gun crime.
In connection with the incident, the police suspect that the arrested man has been subjected to an attempted murder.
