On March 24, local time, Kirillov, commander of the Russian Army’s Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Force, issued a press announcement saying that the “Rosmont Seneca” led by Hunter Biden, son of US President Biden The investment fund participated in funding the Ukrainian biological laboratory.

Kirillov said on the same day that the documents currently held by the Russian side can help track the relationship and cooperation mechanism between the US government agencies and the Ukrainian biological laboratory.

Entities close to the current U.S. leadership, notably the "Rosemont Seneca" investment fund led by U.S. President Joe Biden's son Hunter Biden, are notable in funding these activities.

The fund has at least $2.4 billion in funding and has close ties to major U.S. military contractors, including U.S. medical technology company Metabiota.

The company is one of the Pentagon's major equipment suppliers for biolabs around the world.

In addition to the Pentagon, USAID, the George Soros Foundation, and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are also directly involved in the project, Kirillov said.

Documents obtained by Russia show that 30 laboratories distributed in Ukraine are involved in such military biological activities.

According to Kirillov, the United States and its allies shipped at least 16,000 biological samples from Ukraine.

For example, in the "UP-8" project carried out in Lviv, Kharkov, Odessa and Kyiv, blood samples for the detection of antibodies to hantavirus were collected from 4,000 servicemen.

In addition to human biological samples, dangerous pathogens were sent out of Ukraine.

So far, the U.S. government has not responded to the news.
