IT companies in Hudiksvall want to recruit Ukrainians - "Incredibly high level of education"

Internetport Sweden AB in Hudiksvall is one of many IT companies in Gävleborg that have difficulty finding the right skills.

They are already recruiting staff from Europe and see opportunities to be able to recruit from the flow of refugees from Ukraine.

- It is an incredibly high level of education, there are computer engineers out there who are looking for jobs, says Peter Forslund, CEO of Internetport Sweden AB.

And he is not late in offering permanent employment for those who have the right education.

- If he or she has the right skills, then we hire immediately, says Peter Forslund.
