As the deluge of fire continues in Ukrainian cities targeted by the Russian army, the Ukrainian president is making a new accusation on Thursday.

According to Volodymyr Zelensky, Vladimir Putin's troops are using "phosphorus bombs" in Ukraine during their strikes, a month after the start of the invasion.

“This morning (…) there were Russian phosphorus bombs.

Adults have been killed and children have been killed again”, thus launched Volodymyr Zelensky in a video message published on his Telegram account for the attention of the Heads of State and Government of the Atlantic Alliance, meeting in summit extraordinary in Brussels.
