Neita, 95, loses her home service: "Gets terribly sad"

The care company Attendo is responsible for around 500 people in the home care service in Uppsala.

Last week, the news came that Uppsala municipality is breaking with the company after accusations that staff have charged for home service hours that have not been performed.

The suspicions of cheating concern a specific area in Uppsala, but the claimed contract means that users in other areas must also change home care services within just over a month.

Now a time of uncertainty and anxiety awaits Neita.

- It is a difficult time to wait for everyone, you do not know what will happen.

I feel very comfortable with my home care service and absolutely do not want to lose it, she says.

But maybe it gets even better when you change?
