- We received an email last night to our party email from an anonymous sender.
It contained serious threats and hatred against us and this person who was to be scared away, says Lillibet Gustafsson, chairman of the Left Party Finspång.
The threatened politician has also reported the threat to the police and left his place on the municipal list with immediate effect, but remains on his other political assignments.

The crime currently has the unusual heading "crime against civil liberties", which means that someone through other crimes - such as threats and violence - tries to prevent democratic freedoms and rights.
For those convicted of the crime, the penalty can be imprisonment for a maximum of six years.
