A 20-year-old drug dealer was presented for immediate appearance before the criminal court of Saint-Brieuc (Côtes-d'Armor), Monday.
The defendant was accused of kidnapping, forcible confinement and extortion of funds from a family in Mousteru, near Guingamp (Côtes-d'Armor), indicates

The respondent claimed that the latter owed him 1,400 euros after pocketing the money from a sale of narcotics.
He also said he used a dummy weapon.
The victim for his part said that the young man had come to his parents, had kidnapped him and forced him to work for him to repay his debt.
After examining the two diametrically opposed versions, the defendant was sentenced to three years in prison, including two years accompanied by a suspended probation for the acts of extortion.
He will have to reimburse the victims.
On the other hand, he was released for the facts of kidnapping and forcible confinement.
