reported in a statement on
Wednesday .

Ukraine
and neighboring countries to
feed refugees
who have fled the Russian invasion.
The White House also explained that, as a naturalized Spanish American, José Andrés has been a
"tireless advocate of immigration reform"
to regularize millions of people.
