Have you changed your mind about your intention to vote for president?

This is the dreaded scenario, and this is what seems to be looming the most for the presidential election.

Abstention could reach records and be higher than that of April 21, 2002, which already stood at 28.4%.

The various polling institutes are unanimous on the subject.

According to an Ipsos-Sopra Steria survey in partnership with Cevipof and the Jean Jaurès Foundation for Le Monde, 33% of people registered on the electoral lists could decide not to move on April 10.

A BVA poll for RTL and Orange gives abstention at 29%.

The Ipsos barometer for Franceinfo already placed it between 31 and 35% on March 12.

In short, voters are demobilizing for this election.
