In the pre-dialogue of Doha in Qatar with a view to allowing the participation of politico-military movements in the inclusive dialogue of Ndjamena, we entered the heart of the matter, by addressing the substantive issues for the first time on Wednesday.
The mediation met this Wednesday with two of these groups of politico-military representatives.

The first group to enter the arena this Wednesday is the Qatar group, which brings together a dozen small politico-military movements.
Ceasefire, security once in Ndjamena or even the establishment of a new inclusive transition… The eight delegates of this group came out satisfied with their two hours of talks with the Qatari mediation.
Their president Mahamat Ali Youssouf describes the process: “
The real discussions started today, Wednesday.
My group Qatar was invited at 10:30.
The Qataris asked us several questions and then it was over.
They are also going to see the government and discuss the proposals we have put forward.
Based on that, they will come back with the points on which the government agrees or disagrees so that we can find a consensus.

Then it was the turn of the 16 representatives of the Doha group, which includes 22 movements, some from Sudan and even from Ndjamena.
This is a crucial moment for Chad, according to its spokesman, Abakar Assileck Halata: “
This is a first, because in the time of [Idriss] Déby, he had refused to speak with his opponents.
It's a new era.
This is an opportunity offered to the Chadian people.
It's up to the government to accept the conditions set by the politico-military and allies.

The third group, that of Rome, which includes the main Chadian rebellions, meets the mediation team on Thursday before it presents all their conditions to the government delegation for examination.
