Les Parisiennes had perfectly controlled three-quarters of the match with a double from the French international Marie-Antoinette Katoto, twice from a corner (20th, 71st).
But the Bavarians, for their first match in the Allianz Arena hitherto reserved for boys, closed the gap on a free kick with a powerful strike from striker Klara Bühl on Parisian goalkeeper Barbora Votikova (84th).
The Parisiennes will have to validate their ticket during the quarter-final return to the Parc des Princes on Wednesday March 30.
