He stated that, after confirming the truth of the information, an ambush was set up for him through the Inspection Department of the Health Audit and Control Department in the authority, in coordination with the Economic Crimes Department in the General Department of Criminal Investigations and Investigations in Dubai Police, by contacting him, and booking an appointment in advance at a hotel. According to Al-Mazmi, the “Plumber Al-Bunni Adamin” committed an administrative violation, represented in practicing a medical profession without a permit, based on Executive Council Resolution No. 32 of 2012, for his work as a chiropractor, although he does not hold any scientific certificates that qualify him. Therefore, he also holds a visitor's visa, and does not practice his activity through any licensed center in the country.

Regarding the seriousness of what he is doing, Al-Mazmi stressed that his practices may cause the client to suffer paralysis, or fractures in the neck and joints, and may threaten his life greatly, stressing that the treatment of the spine is classified within the medical services that require the professional to obtain a license to practice it, and this activity is classified Under the name "chiropractic chiropractic".
