At Louvres station (Val-d'Oise), this Monday morning, a 14-year-old girl got up without any damage after a train passed over her.

The driver, who saw the girl lying on the rails, braked but failed to stop his freight train in time, says La Gazette du Val-d'Oise.

Immediately alerted, the firefighters, who thought they were rescuing a person hit, did not in fact find any injuries.

Two girls aged 10 and 14 were at the scene when they arrived.

The oldest admitted to lying on the tracks when the train entered the station.

An open investigation

The scene was captured by CCTV cameras.

In the images, the youngest of the teenagers tries to prevent her friend from committing the irreparable, in vain.

But miraculously, the girl got up unscathed.

The two minors, very shocked, were taken to the hospital in relative urgency.

An investigation has been opened.

The gendarmes will in particular study the trail of a suicide attempt, the young girl having already mentioned in the past her desire to end her life.
