The mutual recognition of foreign high-end talents in Sichuan and Chongqing applies to all foreign high-end talents (category A) who apply for transfer within the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.
The "Mutual Recognition Plan" has optimized the procedures. Foreign high-end talents who are transferred to work within the Shuangcheng Economic Circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing region only need to fill in the "Information Form for Mutual Recognition of Work Permits for Foreign High-end Talents in the Sichuan-Chongqing Region" and are exempt from submitting jobs. Application materials such as qualification certificate and highest degree (academic) certificate have improved the approval efficiency.
In terms of talent treatment, according to the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China, the validity period of a foreigner's work-type residence permit is 90 days at the shortest and 5 years at the longest.
The "Mutual Recognition Plan" proposes that high-end talents who are transferred to work within the Shuangcheng Economic Circle in the Chengdu-Chongqing region can be granted a "Foreigner Work Permit" with a maximum validity period of 5 years, provided that they comply with laws, regulations and relevant regulations. .
