Ukrainian Anastasia back in Kalix - found in Stockholm by her former teacher

Anastasia Zaitseva came to Kalix as a 14-year-old refugee from the war in Donetsk.

After two years in Sweden, the family was sent back to Ukraine.

Now she has been forced to flee Ukraine again, due to the war.

This time she fled alone.

- When I crossed the border into Poland, I met a Swedish journalist who asked questions.

Then I discovered that I could still speak Swedish and I decided to go to Sweden again, says Anastasia Zaitseva who today is 21 years old and almost a fully trained actress.

Once in Stockholm, she was found by her former teacher at Kulturskolan in Kalix, Svetlana Knysh, who took her "home" to Kalix.

Now Anastasia has got a temporary position at her old school in Kalix as a drama teacher.
