The crowd gathered shortly before the concert, looking forward to a fun evening with their favorite singer, who is considered one of the most famous young singers on the continent.

The star presented his fans with a group of the most beautiful songs for which he was famous, and the audience interacted with them with successive applause in a special evening, which was made more beautiful by sound effects and floodlights.

Before the musical performance, Davido expressed to “Expo News Service” his fascination with “Expo 2020 Dubai”, which succeeded in bringing the world together in one place, expressing his great happiness with Nigeria’s pavilion, which showcases the history and culture of his country, as well as highlights its investment capabilities and attractive business climate. Which he enjoys, pointing out his intention to visit many of the suites in the days he will spend here in Dubai.

Davido described Dubai as "the charming and beautiful", which he is very happy to visit, sending a message to his compatriots residing in the emirate of the need to represent their country in the best way, and the need to highlight their culture in front of the rest of the resident communities.

Regarding the great spread of African singing in the world, Davido attributed this to Africans' love of music, their creativity and their contributions to enriching world music, revealing at the same time that he will soon collaborate with Egyptian singer Mohamed Ramadan.

The Nigerian singer Davido has previously won several awards, including the Artist of the Year award at the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) in 2018, one of the most important festivals on the African continent.
