He called the people to pray for the safety of the fighters

Chechnya's President: Fighting in Ukraine is everyone's duty

The President of the Republic of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov recorded a video message to the Chechen people, in which he explained the situation in Ukraine and called for prayers for the fighters of the republic in the Russian Federation.

In the recorded video, Kadyrov said: "We see groups of people in various social networks insulting and trying to defame the name of God, the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, as well as a group who call themselves Muslims insulting the venerable saints," that is, the Chechen fighters who are fighting in Ukraine within the Russian army.

According to Kadyrov, it is everyone's duty to participate in the war in Ukraine on the side of Russia.

The President of the Chechen Republic also noted that the Chechen fighters are actively fighting the Ukrainians.

He stressed that the fighters in Ukraine are overwhelmed with happiness when they know that the people are praying for them and praying for their safety.

"I appeal to you: who can fill the central mosque in Grozny, the mosque of the city of Shali. Gather for prayer in your neighborhoods. Do not sleep at this time, pray in congregation as you pray the Eid prayer," he added.

After all, our enemies in Europe are trying to ensure that we leave our religion and stop protecting it.

They are not allowed to call for prayer.

Our men fight to ensure we always have the opportunity to pray and the call to prayer.

So I hope that every representative of Chechnya, young and old, will respond to this request.

"I call our fighters every day. We try to make sure that our fighters have everything they need. Now they just want us to pray. Pray for our men in mosques, at home, get up for the tahajjud. May God accept our prayers."
