The "Taliban" movement has officially adopted a new flag for Afghanistan, and banned the use of the old flag, which contains three colors, Russia Today network reported.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the "Taliban" government, Lutfullah Habibi, said that the use of the flag adopted by Afghanistan earlier, is now prohibited.
It should be noted that during all foreign visits, delegations from the "Taliban" were represented by the flag of the former regime.
