On July 30, a 25-year-old woman was shot dead with several shots at a beach in Notviken in Luleå.

A 20-year-old man is suspected of the murder and three others of aiding and abetting murder.

Last day in court

And after 16 days in court, the negotiations on the murder are over.

The prosecution has struggled with witnesses who do not remember anything - but they have had three important witnesses.

The most important witness is the key witness who pointed out the 20-year-old as a shooter.

However, lawyer Viktor Banke mentioned in his plea that alternative perpetrators are not excluded.

- The key witness is not excluded as the perpetrator, Banke said.

The lawyer said that the key witness had a clearer motive picture than his client, this because he is said to have made threats against the 25-year-old woman and has been convicted of violence against a woman.

The verdict in the case will come on the first of April.
