Russia: "Rosgram" is an alternative to "Instagram" and "Uncle Vanias" is in place of "McDonald's"!

The Russian parliament, the Duma, announced its support for a local fast-food chain to replace the famous international chain, McDonald's, after the latter withdrew and announced the closure of its stores in the country.

Uncle Vanias, the new Russian brand, is due to start operating in about a year, according to a proposal to parliament by Vyacheslav Volodin, the head of the Russian State Duma.

According to the information, the new restaurant chain has taken a logo somewhat close to the McDonald's logo, as it also contains golden arches, according to a report published by the British newspaper The Independent.

Other information also indicated that Moscow intends to find an alternative to the popular social networking site "Instagram", as it plans to launch a new application, called " Rosgram

", and the new application will allow senior web site managers and founders to access it next April.

A famous commercial had closed its stores in the Russian capital, Moscow, a few days ago.

And companies such as Zara, H&M, Mango, and Adidas left for clothing brands, as well as the McDonald's chain of restaurants, along with the famous coffee company Starbucks, while other names suspended their activity, after many years of their presence in the country.
