On Saturday, storm winds of up to 28 m / s are expected.
This in combination with snowfall is expected to give really difficult weather in the mountain range.
"People are strongly advised against going out into the mountains," writes SMHI.
SVT Sápmi's Mikaela Sjöstedt is on site at Kebnekaise mountain station.
There she could already on Friday witness how the storm pulled in over the mountains.
- I have seen some skiers go with tormented facial expressions but I think most stay indoors.
There are not that many people here so most people seem to have listened to the warnings, she says.
