Skills increase instead of psychiatric ambulance
In the big cities of Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö, special psychiatric ambulances have been introduced that often go on cases that are otherwise imposed on the police.
In Värmland, the question of a psychiatric ambulance has been up for discussion, but the region instead chose a training package for all ambulance staff in the county, something they have received a state subsidy for.
