The Seychelles pavilion showcased different colors of its country's traditional arts in a unique performance on the Jubilee Platform at Expo 2020 Dubai.

The ceremony, entitled "La Salle de Vert", included a fashion show, on the sidelines of the Seychelles Fashion Week, which was launched from the "Dubai Expo" for the first time, to be organized annually in Dubai after that.

The first part of the ceremony included the screening of a short film about traditional wedding ceremonies, starting with the meeting of the two families together, the decoration of the traditional wedding halls and the food served, as well as famous songs and dances presented by an artistic troupe, including the opening dance of the newlyweds, and then the dances of the parents and the invitees.

The second part of the ceremony included a collection of fashion created by designers from Seychelles, as well as a group of international designers, with the participation of models from the beautiful Seychelles.

Designer Juliette Zelm (Seychelles) opened the show, presenting an assortment of tropical outfits, as well as a range of traditional straw handbags.

The two designers, Duezo (Indonesia), collaborated with Nigel Henry (Seychelles) in a joint show, inspired by his designs from the sea world, as drawings of fish and marine creatures decorated the designs they presented. Headwear in innovative ways.

Atleya Barbie (Seychelles) shared seven distinctive pieces rich in colors and embellished cuts.

While the designer Precious (South Africa) presented unique designs in white, silver and gold pearl colours.

The designer, Romeo Paul (Qatar), concluded the show by presenting men's suits with overlapping colors, as well as a group of dresses with innovative designs.
