It is a vast sweep that the Nantes police officers of the border police have just pulled off.
A major pimping network, which “raged throughout the French territory” and originated in Spain, has been dismantled, the national police announced on Thursday.
At least thirty victims have been identified.
Fifteen people were arrested and charged.
Among them, two suspects were placed in pre-trial detention in Nantes.
The police also seized nearly 350,000 euros in cash.
The investigations were carried out in collaboration with the Spanish national police and the unit for combating illegal immigration networks and falsification of documents (Ucrif).
