This Tuesday, the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal acquitted the Marseille senator Stéphane Ravier, sentenced in May 2021 to a fine of 1,500 euros for sexist insult towards the elected Marseille Samia Ghali.

During a public meeting with Eric Zemmour, whom he has joined today, Stéphane Ravier had described Samia Ghali as "Marseille's G point".

“I look forward to [Samia Ghali] presenting his public apologies to me after having sullied my name and my honor for three years”, claims Stéphane Ravier in a press release.
