Kang Min-jin, the leader of the Youth Justice Party, announced today (15th) that he will resign as the representative.

This is due to the fact that a party-level fact-finding committee was formed after an internally raised claim of a watch official that he had been 'harassed in the workplace' by Chairman Kang.

Representative Kang Min-jin said through his SNS, "There was a problem raised by a member of the party who served in the Youth Justice Party. I feel responsible for the controversy related to labor rights within the party for workers." said.

According to Justice Party spokesperson Oh Seung-jae, yesterday morning, in the telegram group chat room of the Central Party officials, an exposure of CEO Kang's harassment at work was revealed.

In response, some members of the Justice Party even signed a signature requesting action from the party leadership.

In their signature statement, they said, "It cannot be denied that CEO Kang's abuse of watchers and harassment in the workplace are already publicly known under the water." All of the members of the party who left the Youth Justice Party resigned after being unable to withstand the abuse of CEO Kang and bullying in the workplace.”

The Justice Party leadership held a meeting this afternoon and decided to form a fact-finding committee on the matter.

According to the party constitution and bylaws of the Justice Party, the fact-finding committee consists of two members from within the party and three outside members.

Chairman Kang explained, "For the fairness of the fact-finding process, I also decided that it would be right for me to participate in the investigation as a member of the same rank as a former member of the party, not as the leader of the Youth Justice Party."

He added, "I will faithfully engage in the fact-finding process, vindicate what I need to explain, and reflect on what I need to reflect on. Regardless of the reason, it hurts the fact that I left a wound on my colleague who was with me," he added.

A Justice Party official said, "The victim did not want to reveal the specifics of the alleged 'workplace harassment'.
