Valérie Pécresse, Republican candidate in the presidential election, wants several measures to be implemented against Russia on the Ukrainian file.
"We must take three types of imperative decisions: continue to toughen sanctions, ensure Europe's energy independence, move forward with European defense and finally put in place a European plan to protect populations against the collateral effects of this war", declared the candidate at the microphone of Europe 1.
