His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, today launched the “Mabarra” program to receive calls from citizens who have special problems and cannot disclose them through the “Direct Line” program, and for those who cannot communicate with the program, and for the needy category. which do not disclose their needs.
This came in a phone call to His Highness, the Ruler of Sharjah, during the Direct Line programme.
His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah announced the contact numbers for the "Mabarra" service, which is phone number 065455555, and Buraq - 065459999, stressing that it is available to communicate with him through these numbers for anyone who has a problem that he cannot present on the air to be resolved.
His Highness called on all callers during the new service that he launched to observe politeness when raising their issues and problems, stressing that all people’s messages that are sent to him reach him and he sees them, even if they are sent by mail and in large numbers, as they are sorted through lists classified into categories within groups for His Highness to review.
For his part, the Chairman of the Sharjah Media Corporation and Chairman of the Sharjah Media Center, Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, praised the new initiative of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah in launching an “Mabarrah” service that contributes to strengthening communication with people with special and critical problems, and in eradicating various problems from the Emirate of Sharjah, whether Was it individual or community?
Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi indicated that the number of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah’s interventions during the Direct Line program since its launch on Sharjah TV, amounted to 26 calls over the air, all of which carried solutions to the citizens’ problems, important directives and the launch of many important initiatives in the Emirate of Sharjah, noting that His Highness constantly communicated with the program under the air, giving directions and solving many issues.
Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi expressed his satisfaction with what the program has achieved in performing its media message, and through the interventions of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah, he contributed to advancing the media role and achieving media awareness for officials by removing barriers and speaking with the program directly for immediate intervention in solving various issues, which is based on translating The program's media objectives are development programs that contribute to achieving sustainable development in society and improving the various conditions surrounding people.
Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi called on various members of society to communicate permanently with the program and raise their issues, stressing the provision of all support to them, in response to the directives of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah and his explicit invitation to his children during one of his interventions to demand urgency and kindness to their needs and present their demands.
