A video of several people who saw the child and the father trapped in the building on fire, risking the child with their bare hands, was released and is moving.

According to local media reports such as NBC News, a fire broke out around 8 am in the South Ridge apartment complex in New Jersey on the 7th (local time).

At that time, the inside of the building was filled with black smoke, so rescuers could not even enter.

In the midst of an immediate crisis, a 3-year-old child and the child's father hung from the second-floor window and desperately looked out the window for rescue.

Firefighters and police officers who were handling the accident nearby, as well as passers-by, all gathered in the building at their urgent cry.

Then, holding the child, he reached out to the anxious father, saying, "Throw the child down!"

After thinking for a while, the father eventually threw the child out of the second-floor window and jumped himself out of the fire.

In the bodycam video released by the local police, despite the dangerous situation of falling debris due to the fire, the dangerous moment was averted with the determination of the father, the firefighters, the police, and the cooperation of passersby.

The firefighters who were fighting the fire said it was a miracle that the father and son ran through the dark smoke to the window and were amazed at the quick response.

The fire was extinguished around 11 am, four hours after the fire started, and 15 households were burned and 50 people were displaced.

Local fire authorities are currently investigating the exact cause of the fire.

This is a 'news pick'.
