Today, 32 patients with established covid-19 are cared for in a hospital in Jönköping County.

One of these people is so ill that he receives intensive care.

During the two years that the pandemic has been going on, the figures for the number of hospitalized people have gone up and down.

At most 100 patients were in hospital on January 3, 2021, the following summer the numbers were very low, and then rose sharply again during the autumn.

When the restrictions were released in February this year, between 60-70 people were admitted, but in recent weeks the number of seriously ill people has remained constant at between 30-40.
