China News Service, March 11. According to the Russian Satellite Network news, on the 11th local time, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Lukashenko said during their talks in Moscow that negotiations between Russia and Ukraine have made certain positive progress.

  Putin said that Russia and Ukraine have been holding talks every day recently.

"Members of our delegation reported that (the talks) had made some positive progress," he added.

  On February 24, Russia announced the launch of a special military operation in the Donbas region.

Since then, the Russian-Ukrainian delegation conducted three rounds of negotiations in Belarus on February 28, March 3 and 7.

In the second round of negotiations, the two sides reached an understanding on the provision of a humanitarian corridor for the evacuation of citizens and the delivery of food and medicine.

  Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said earlier on March 11 that the possibility of a meeting between Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was not ruled out.
