President-elect Yoon Seok-yeol and today (11th) had a luncheon meeting with Ahn Cheol-soo, leader of the People's Party, at Yeouido People's Strength.



At this meeting, President-elect Yoon expressed his gratitude to Representative Ahn, who helped with the campaign during the election, and is known to discuss the composition of the transition committee in the future.



The appointment of the transition chairperson and vice chairperson is expected to be announced on the weekend at the latest.



The meeting, which was originally scheduled at a Chinese restaurant in Yeouido, was moved yesterday when Lee Jun-seok, president of the People's Power, who had lunch with Yoon-elect, was diagnosed with Corona.



President-elect Yoon and CEO Ahn came out negative as a result of self-diagnosis of the coronavirus.



The Presidential Transition Committee consists of one transition chairperson, one vice chairperson, and 24 transition committee members in accordance with relevant laws.



As the transition chairperson, CEO Ahn is the most likely to be mentioned as President-elect Yoon promised a joint transition committee and joint government operation with CEO Ahn during the unification phase.
