The official web page is very similar, but contains Trojan virus links. If you fill in the ID number, bank card number and other information according to the prompts on the page, it may cause the bank card and medical insurance account to be stolen.

In this regard, the National Medical Insurance Bureau specially reminds: If you receive such fraudulent information, do not click on the link, do not believe it!

  Please be vigilant, take precautions, protect your own information and property safety, do not click on unfamiliar links, and do not disclose important personal information to strangers.

  At present, in response to such telecommunication fraud, we remind you again that all insureds must pay attention to the fact that the domain names of the National Medical Security Administration website all end with nhsa.gov.cn, and others are counterfeit.

  If you receive the above text messages or find counterfeit websites, you can report to the National Anti-Fraud Center APP or the Central Cyberspace Administration of China (Internet Information Office) Illegal and Bad Information Reporting Center (https://www.12377.cn/).

  To inquire about medical insurance information and handle medical insurance business, be sure to look for official channels:

  1. Log in to the official website of the National Medical Insurance Service Platform (https://fuwu.nhsa.gov.cn/), or the official website of the medical security department of the insured place, or the official WeChat account;

  2. Call the public service hotline of the medical security department;

  3. Go to the site of the medical insurance agency.

  In case of abnormal medical insurance personal account information, please bring your ID card, medical insurance card (or medical insurance electronic certificate) to the medical insurance service hall of the participating place for consultation and handling.
