The victim said that when he arrived at the hotel, he was surprised by the three accused and unknown others who pulled him, beat him, and restricted his movement, then withdrew his wallet, and one of them took a cash amount from it (120 dirhams), then asked him to provide them with the password for his credit card, claiming that they would withdraw 1000 dirhams. Including, and threatened to kill him, so complied with them, and disclosed the number.

He added that they forcibly stripped him of his clothes, and two of them left the place, and returned after about 20 minutes, after withdrawing the money from the card, so he tried to ignore them and escape, but they caught him and tied him up until five in the morning, and then allowed him to leave, after returning the money to him.

He added that he went to his vehicle, and waited until he saw them getting out and getting into three taxis, so he caught up with one of them, then informed the police, and told what happened, noting that he tracked the accused while they were on the way to another emirate, so a patrol moved, and arrested two of the accused, then A third was seized, and it was found that they had made seven withdrawals from the card, at a rate of 2000 dirhams for each operation.
